Bidders may download complete or partial sets of Bidding Documents available here.

Format of electronic files:
Adobe Acrobat PDF. The Adobe Reader may be downloaded free-of-charge from their web site in order to read PDF files.

Bidders shall accept full responsibility for compatibility of electronic files.

While all digital files appear to be accurate, this apparent accuracy is an artifact of the technology used to generate it and is in no way intended to imply actual accuracy. User takes full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of all measurements, areas, inventories, or other data extracted from this electronic data either manually or with the use of a computer.

User is advised that any translation of digital files from one computer system or environment to another can and often does result in the loss of important data. The Architect and/or Builder makes no representations as to the usability of these digital files on any system.

Users of these digital files should review all current and subsequent project documentation issues for inconsistencies and revisions. It is the responsibility of the User to identify and make all required revisions or corrections to this data.

Bidders shall accept full responsibility for the determination of and use of partial (incomplete) sets of Bidding Documents. Neither the Owner, Architect, nor General Contractor assumes responsibility for errors, omissions or mis-intrpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets.
